For Alice Evans, walking into her first F45 class wasn’t just the start of a workout—it was the start of a life-changing journey. Today, she’s not only an F45 global athlete but also the proud owner of two thriving studios in Melbourne, Australia: F45 Croydon and F45 Mitcham. Her story is a powerful testament to how F45 empowers people to find purpose, build community, and create lasting impact.
One of the aspects that drew Alice in from the beginning was F45’s inclusivity.
“The most amazing thing about F45 is that anyone can walk through that door,” she says. “It doesn’t matter your age, your culture, your fitness abilities. We can all train under the same roof and everyone gets a great workout.”
That sense of accessibility, combined with the team-based environment, filled a gap Alice had been missing since leaving competitive sports. The community she discovered at F45 felt like coming home—and it inspired her to take her passion for fitness to the next level.
Alice’s path wasn’t a traditional one. After finishing high school, she didn’t immediately pursue university and instead felt unsure of her next steps. What she did know was that fitness was her passion. Becoming a certified personal trainer was just the beginning—but joining F45 as a coach changed everything.
“As soon as I started coaching, I thought, ‘This is it. This is what I want long term. I want my own community. I want my own space.’”
On her 21st birthday, Alice signed the papers to take over her first studio, F45 Croydon. Three years later, she expanded, opening F45 Mitcham. Today, she not only leads two communities but also represents F45 on a global scale as one of its athletes.
For Alice, F45 isn’t just a business—it’s a movement that continues to innovate and grow.
“When I started, it was just about training within the four studio walls. But now F45 is so much more. We’ve partnered with Hyrox, introduced recovery tools like saunas and ice baths, and even flex hours for open gym access. The value for members just keeps increasing.”
With new functional racks, refreshed branding, and a renewed commitment to elevating both the training and the member experience, Alice sees this as the strongest moment yet for the network.
“Now is the best time to get involved with F45 because there has been a shift within the network. F45 isn’t the same brand it was 10 years ago—we’ve completely leveled up, and the momentum is only growing.” states Alice.
Alice’s story reflects the power of F45: a place where passion becomes purpose, and where athletes, members, and owners alike can find community and fulfillment.
“This brand has pushed me to levels I never thought I could reach,” she shares. “Seeing how our members transform their lives reminds me every day why I do this. To now represent F45 globally is an honor—and I know we’re only just getting started.”
