FIT House of Brands’ newest concept, FS8, is transforming the way people approach fitness with a unique combination of Pilates, tone, and yoga—delivering benefits that go beyond physical performance to support long-term health and well-being.
“We have really done a good job of narrowing down our core target audience, which for us is 20-to-40-year-old women, and then we scale a little bit up from there too,” said Jo Gomez, Director of Athletics, Pilates for FIT House of Brands. “While women remain our primary audience, we also see strong engagement from men who share the same goals.” FS8 offers low-impact, accessible workouts that prioritize quality of movement, mobility, flexibility, and balance. The result: a training program that supports healthy aging and encourages clients to stay active for life.
“Strength training should be for everybody, all the way up into your 70s,” said Jo Gomez, Director of Athletics, Pilates for FIT House of Brands. “Science shows that combining strength with flexibility and balance promotes good, healthy aging.”

Beyond physical strength, FS8’s “Strength Reimagined” approach emphasizes mental well-being and emotional resilience, with a strong focus on community connection. Studios are designed to be welcoming, clean, and modern, with personal greetings and trainers who know clients by name. Pre-programmed classes ensure consistent quality, while visual cues help members perfect their form.
FS8 is experiencing rapid growth, with 50 locations already open in the U.S. and abroad, including Canada, Luxembourg, and Spain, and Singapore launching this fall. Many existing FIT House of Brands franchisees are expanding into FS8, recognizing its complementary fit with F45’s high-intensity model.
The brand’s popularity is underscored by its impressive NPS score of 81 and recent high-profile exposure, including a featured class at Kourtney Kardashian’s Camp Poosh. FS8 continues to expand strategically, balancing rapid growth with robust support for its franchise network.
“Our pillars are relatability, connection, and community,” Gomez said. “We’re looking to be a lifestyle brand, so we’re addressing more than just physical strength, but also mental well-being and your emotional strength.”
